
Chef's Table from 9-3We are presently serving our Spring -Summer Menu. We are featuring Miller Farm's tomatoes and other vegetables in all of our entrees allowing fresher ingredients in a "Farm to Table" culinary concept. Aside from our regular menu, we also offer a weekly "Chef's Table" featuring Chef George's seasonally designed daily menu as described by your server. Some of those entrees are listed below. House Requests -All dinners are prepared to order to ensure the best quality and freshest flavor. Please allow for the time requried. -A four dollar charge will be added for splitting entrees. -We request one check for parties of six or more. -An 18% gratuity will be added to parties of six or more. Served rare & topped with an olive tapenade, paired with mushroom risotto & Chef vegetables. 25.Scallops Fettucini Pan seared scallops with artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, tossed with spinach fettucini pasta. Finished with an Alfredo sauce. 25.Victor's Classic Lasagna Fresh pasta sheets layered with ground beef, D'Angelo Bros. hot sausage & a blend of ricotta cheese.
