Victor's Italian Restaurant's dinner menu is shown below. In addition to the dinner menu, Chef Georges's specially created menu is available as well, under the "Chef's Table" tab. Take out is available for those who can't stay to dine. To ensure a table is available for you when you arrive, reservations are suggested.

House Salad

Hearts of Romaine, Roma tomato, sliced onion & choice of dressing. ~4.

Antipasti Salad

Thinly sliced Proscuitto di Parma, pepperoni, Genoa salami, provolone, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts & black olives over Romaine. ~13.

Classic Caesar Salad

Romaine lettuce tossed in creamy Caesar dressing with anchovy fillets, hand cut croutons & grated parmesan cheese. ~8.

Grilled Chicken Caesar

Grilled wedges of Romaine hearts tossed in a creamy Caesar dressing, with anchovy fillets, hand cut croutons & grated parmesan cheese. Topped with grilled chicken. ~14.

Caprese Salad

Roma tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese & fresh basil leaves over field greens with balsamic reduction ~8.

Sautéed Mushrooms

Mushrooms sautéed in garlic, parsley, & Chablis wine, topped with grated parmesan cheese. ~8.

Vongole

A bakers dozen little neck clams steamed in butter, garlic, lemon & white wine broth. ~9.

Tuscany Bruschetta

A fresh baked roll with basiled tomatoes & provolone cheese. ~8.

Fire Grilled Lamb Chops

Marinated and grilled to your liking, presented over fresh field greens with a balsamic reduction. ~14.

Calamari

Flash fried, dredged in seasoned flour, accompanied with a spicy pepper sauce or Victor's marinara .~8.

Shrimp Diablo

Jumbo gulf shrimp sautéed with onions, bell peppers prepared in a spicy tomato sauce & served over your choice of pasta. ~21.

Shrimp & Clams

Jumbo gulf shrimp & little neck clams steamed in either white or red spicy clam sauce over a bed of linguini pasta. ~20. Add sea scallops ~6.

Seafood Pesto

Lump crab, jumbo shrimp & sea scallops in a basil pesto cream sauce with roasted red peppers & pine nuts over a bed of linguini pasta. ~24.

Shrimp and Veal Piccata

Veal medallions sautéed with jumbo shrimp in a light lemon wine sauce with capers & fresh parsley. ~26.

Scallops alla Veneta

Sea scallops sautéed in a sauce of basiled tomatoes, fresh spinach & mozzarella over a nest of linguini pasta. ~20.

Pasta with hand rolled meatballs & topped with our classic Victor's marinara sauce. ~14.

Tenderloin Tips & Whole Wheat Penne Pasta

Sautéed tenderloin beef tips, Button mushrooms, roasted peppers, & squash tossed with whole wheat penne pasta finished with an herb white wine sauce. ~25.

Lobster Raviolis

House made lobster raviolis, tossed with sautéed proscuitto, petite peas and fresh diced tomatoes. Served in a pool of vodka Alfredo sauce, topped with chilled Jumbo Lump crab meat. ~24.

Sautéed with mushrooms & minced onion.Baked with Proscuitto di Parma & fresh mozzarella in a light Sherry wine sauce. ~18.

Chicken Marsala

Sautéed with mushrooms in a Marsala wine sauce. ~18.

Veal Saltimbocca

Sautéed and baked with proscuitto & fresh mozzarella in a light Madeira wine sauce. ~22.

Hot Sausage D'Angelo

D'Angelo Bros. Italian hot sausage in our marinara sauce, with peppers and onions. Served over pasta. ~18.

Fillet Saltimbocca

Hand cut fillet of beef tenderloin, grilled to your desired temperature. Topped with proscuitto, and melted Mozzarella cheese, presented with Chef's vegetables and a Boursin potato cake. Finished with a light Madeira wine sauce. ~29.

Eggplant Parmesan

Seasoned with bread crumbs & fried golden brown,topped with marinara, Parmesan & Provolone cheeses, then baked. ~15.

Chicken or Veal Parmesan

Sautéed chicken breast or veal medallions, topped with marinara, Parmesan & Provolone cheeses, then baked. Chicken~18 Veal~ 22.

Rum Cake

Yellow cake with a rum glaze. ~5.
